The warranty does not cover leaking. The planter is intended exclusively for outdoor use.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter for water drainage.
This type of planter has a molded raised rim on the bottom, which substitutes for legs, so there is no need to purchase or otherwise add a height increase for drainage.
Black planters lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times per year to maintain and restore the color, which can be purchased in the accessories section.

Important - about quality:
Due to hand manufacturing and demanding handling (especially applies to medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a common part of the planter’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The surface is not perfectly flawless, and small color deviations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
